Concerning Our Store Policies Regarding Novelty Items, Adult Purchases, Shipping Costs and Returns
NO KIDS ALLOWED!
Although we love children, The nature of our business is not conducive to minors under the age of 18. It is our longstanding policy not to subject children to images or situations that they are not emotionally capable of understanding. Although we do allow infants and toddlers in our bricks and mortar store, we ask that parents supervise them at all times, Our online store is designed for adults only. If you are under 18, please leave this site immediately.
Adult Items -
All adult toys and novelties are sold for novelty use only. All adult items are to be viewed and/or purchased ONLY by persons who are 18 years of age or older. Those adult citizens are responsible for understanding and obeying the specific laws and ordinances that govern the areas in which they live. By completing purchases online and in person, our customers assume all of these responsibilities and release Lacies team members from any and all related liabilities.

Shipping and Returns-

During the developmental stages, Lacies Online will absorb all shipping costs associated with your Internet  purchases. After this special offer expires, it will be our policy not to mark up shipping charges. If we package the item, we will try to charge only the shipping amount. If items are drop shipped, our vendors will determine all shipping and handling charges.
Should an item be received damaged or  otherwise inoperable, please return it to our store within 30 days of online purchase for exchange or store credit. Under no circumstances will refunds be offered in cash.
